I bring to you all greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ who has given us the grace and strength to live this far.
Dear brethren in Christ, I stand on my own behalf and in the stead of His Excellency President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to send a Christmas and New Year message to you all in the Municipality.
The celebration of Christmas is a period of goodwill and to thank the Lord for the blessings on Our lives and the Municipality. It is a moment of deserved relaxation with Our loved ones. It is also time to share with less previlaged in the society. Indeed, I belief we have all truely exhibited these to the will of Christ. Let us continue to show compassion and be each other’s keeper even beyond this yuletide or festivities.
The Gushegu municipality has in the 2022 witnessed some success and this could not be achieved without the help and tremendous support of the christian faith. It is my solemn conviction and prayer that you will continue to use the word of Christ to preach peace,love and trannquility to Our people to live in harmony with each other. This is because, development cannot strive in the atmosphere of conflict and tribulations.
Dear brethren, as we begin the New Year today, it is my humble prayer that we will resolve to do away with the negative things that set us back. Let us embark on the path that will rekindle Our fortunes as one people and set us onto the path of development.
I also urge all of us to continue to support the President and always pray for him to deliver on his promises for the benefit of all.
Our Hon Member of Parliament, Hon Lawyer Hassan S Tampuli has been a godsent to us in the Constituency. Let us continue to support him to bring development to the Municipality.
