The Annual Action Plan represents the final implementation cycle of the 2022-2025 Medium
Term Development Plan. It envisioned that the 2025 Annual Action Plan would address critical
development gabs identified and prioritized for the people in the Municipality. The Plan focuses
on various sectors, including, Education, Health, Road Transport and Safety, Local Economic
Development, Security, Social Protection, Built Environment, and Environmental and Climate
Adaptation. In line with the Reset Agenda of the new administration, the Gushegu municipal
assemble reviewed the annual action plan which previously outlines a total of 165 programs and
projects to 179 2025. The overarching objective is to enhance the well-being and the quality of
life of the people in the Municipality while contributing to the attainment of National Reset
Agenda.
